EAI ICMTEL 2022 will be held as an on-site conference and if needed, Accepted Authors who are unable to attend the event in person will be given an option to present remotely.
Scope
After the success of the three previous conferences, the 4th EAI International Conference on Multimedia Technology and Enhanced Learning (EAI ICMTEL 2022) conference aims to deliver a forum for scientific reports and debates in the state-of-the-art and future perspectives of multimedia technologies and enhanced learning.
With the rapid development of information processing and optoelectronics technology, Virtual Reality is becoming an increasingly important branch of multimedia technology. Virtual Reality enters various fields of human activity thus accelerating their development and bringing unprecedented change. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality show an integrated development trend opening the doors for valuable research that combines both.
We expect the workshop on Virtual Reality and Intelligent Systems to bring together scientists, engineers, educators, AI researchers from both industry and academia to share experiences and new ideas. We expect to meet you in Leicester, UK, in 2022.

All accepted authors are eligible to submit an extended version in a fast track of:
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on e-Learning (Open Access)
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on Scalable Information Systems (Open Access) – indexed in ESCI & Ei Compendex
Additional publication opportunities:
- EAI/Springer Innovations in Communications and Computing Book Series
(titles in this series are indexed in Ei Compendex, Web of Science & Scopus)
Paper submission
Papers should be submitted through EAI ‘Confy+‘ system, and have to comply with the Springer format (see Author’s kit section).
The workshop accepts short papers (6-11 pages) as well as regular length papers (12-20 pages).
All conference papers undergo a thorough peer review process prior to the final decision and publication. This process is facilitated by experts in the Technical Program Committee during a dedicated conference period. Standard peer review is enhanced by EAI Community Review which allows EAI members to bid to review specific papers. All review assignments are ultimately decided by the responsible Technical Program Committee Members while the Technical Program Committee Chair is responsible for the final acceptance selection. You can learn more about Community Review here.
