DFMLSSP Workshop

International Workshop on Data fusion filter and Machine Learning for Statistical Signal Processing (DFMLSSP 2020)

The aim of this workshop is to bring the researches in this area together with the engineers to break down barriers and develop innovative solutions and practical algorithms. The scope covers all aspects of theoretical studies and engineering applications related to data fusion filter and machine learning for statistical signal processing.

Chairs of the Workshop: Dr Yuan Xu, University of Jinan, China
Prof Yuriy S. Shmaliy, Universidad de Guanajuato, Leon, Mexico
Jun Yan, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China

Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

– Autonomous Navigation of Mobile Robots – Multi-sensor Information Fusion
– Machine Learning-based Robust Filtering Solutions – Operator-based System Control Design
– Fingerprint-based Localization Technique – Machine Learning-based Localization Technique
– Application of Filters, Smoothers and Predictors in Science and Engineering

As in previous years, the conference intends to attract research community from around the world. Each submission will be reviewed by at least three independent experts.

Important dates

Submission deadline: 15 October 2019

Authors’ notification: 9 December 2019

Camera-ready deadline: 20 January 2020

Paper submission

Papers should be submitted through EAI ConfyPlus system, and have to comply with the Springer format (see Author’s kit section). Papers should be in English with length of 4-6 pages.

Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

Paper review process will be single blind. Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review. The paper must start with a title, an abstract, and keywords.

Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work.
