Registration fees
All fees will be collected in EUROS.
- Authors must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the camera-ready version of their paper.
- One full registration may cover up to 2 papers of which the registrant is a co-author (workshop registration covers only a single paper of which the registrant is a co-author).
- Every attending author and co-author is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant.
- For registration, accepted authors are required to use the same e-mail address that was used for submitting the paper.
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a camera ready paper. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate.
- Please note that the STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT ALLOW THE CAMERA-READY PAPER UPLOAD.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee
- Due to the travel restrictions resulting from the outbreak of Coronavirus, pre-arranged online paper presentations are allowed. The accepted and registered authors should contact the Conference Manager ([email protected])

- Access to all technical sessions in the form of a live stream,
- Online discussion for each individual presentation reserved for participants and supported for weeks after the conference ends,
- Opportunity to get in touch with authors and presenters individually via EAI Compass,
- Full downloadable pdfs of all presenting papers,
- A full recording of the conference is provided to all registrants as an attachment to the proceedings at no additional fee.
